DREAM competition in silico networks

In silico networks used for the DREAM competition have been unveiled

Three in silico networks had been used to produce data for the DREAM reverse engineering competition. The competitors only had access to the data simulated from these networks: time courses after environmental and genetic perturbations.

The results of the competition are being announced on Monday December 3 and 4, at the New York Academy of Sciences. At the same time we are releasing on this site the networks in SBML format.
