New website and new location

The new website of Pedro Mendes' group is here at www.comp-sys-bio.org

Since April 2007, I have taken up a Chair in Computational Systems Biology at the School of Computer Science, The University of Manchester. Meanwhile, I retained a 20% appointment at VBI, where there is still part of my group. In Manchester I am mainly at the Manchester Interdisciplinary Biocentre, even though I have offices on both Computer Science and the MIB.

The new website will reflect the work of all the people that work with me, both in Manchester and Virginia. Content is being transferred from the old group web site, though that will also remain active for the time being.

In Manchester, we are continuing work on COPASI and have joined the efforts of the Manchester Centre for Integrative Systems Biology. There are many new exciting projects being designed too, watch this space!
