  2. all LaTeX the source files for the paper (including figures, bibliography files, etc.)
  3. a formatted version of the paper in PDF format.

Submission of papers and poster abstracts is now closed

Please prepare your submission in accordance with the rules described in call for paper/poster below and submit a PDF file via:
https://www.EasyChair.org/conferences/?conf=cmsb2014

Poster abstract submission is now closed

  1. Signup in EasyChair if you have never used the website before.
  2. Edit your abstract in LaTeX using the LNCS format (the link points to the style file), and produce a PDF. This should be no longer than 2 pages.
  3. Submit the abstract in EasyChair:
    1. Select the most appropriate track for your paper. If you do not find any track appropriate, select the first one ("CMSB 2014"). "Tracks" are only used to ensure the most competent reviewers. At the conference there will be no parallel sessions!
    2. Enter the authors information
    3. Enter Title and abstract in the respective text boxes. Note that this is needed even though your PDF will include a title and abstract too...
    4. Enter appropriate keyworks, one in each line. If this is a student paper, enter also "student paper" as a keyword
    5. On the same page you can upload the PDF of the paper now, or if you want to do that later just tick box "Abstract only").
    6. Press submit
  4. The website will assign you a paper id. You can examine and edit your submission anytime before the deadline. You can submit different versions of a poster abstract repeatedly. Only the last version is considered for review.

Note that abstract submission is independent of registration. You also have to register for the conference!
